Mammy Fit by Alice was launched to support the overall well-being of mums and mums to-be on their journey throughout their pregnancy, motherhood and beyond.

We offer 1-1 coaching, online coaching, on-demand programmes, small group classes both privately and in the community and outdoor classes.

Our classes

As a mum myself I totally understand how hard it can be to find childcare to go to your favourite class, join a gym or to even do anything for yourself. Which is why I created classes which allow you to bring your pre-walking little ones with you while you can focus on your health. 

Prenatal classes

With a blend of Pilates, Yoga, breath-work and functional strength, our Prenatal classes have many benefits such as:

  • Helps to prepare the body for labour

  • Can relieve back and pelvic pain

  • Can lower risk of gestational diabetes

  • Boosts your mood and energy levels

  • Can improve quality of sleep

Postnatal classes

Have you recently had a baby and you're thinking about returning to exercise? Or you may not have exercised at all and you're looking for a starting point? Or you may have already returned to exercise and you're eager to improve your overall strength, mobility, flexibility, general well-being, core and pelvic floor strength and to show your nervous system a little love.

Our classes focus on Core and Pelvic floor rehabilitation, re-establishing good breathing patterns, building foundations to aid in the role of motherhood, progressively regain strength etc. 

Our classes include functional fitness exercises, Pilates, yoga, rehabilitation exercises and breath-work

Both stage 1 and stage 2 options for certain exercises are provided throughout the class which allows you to progress at your own pace. 

Pilates x Strength

This class uses balance, strength and mobility paired with targeted resistance work to leave you feeling challenged, energised and stronger than ever. This class is suitable for all women (age 18+) excluding Pre/early Postnatal.

1-1 Coaching 

Are you looking for a comprehensive fitness package that will support you during your pregnancy (if you're currently expecting) or Postpartum throughout motherhood?

We have 3 different pricing plans to choose from based on how many sessions you'd like. We have 5, 8 and 10 session plans to choose from. 

 

All plans include:

  • 1:1 gym-based coaching

  • Nutrition advice and macro break down

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Monthly check-ins 

  • Metric tracking (optional)

  • Access into a private app where you can access workouts assigned and track your progress

  • Useful resources

  • On-demand workout library alongside your scheduled programme

  • Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join you.
