A Postnatal functional fitness class using gym equiment in a private studio (Your Physio). Classes are designed to help you reconnect with your core and feel stronger throughout motherhood.

Cancellation Policy

Providing at least 48 hours notice is given, if you have a valid reason for no longer being able to commit to the session, pop us an email on mammyfitbyalice@gmail.com and I will be happy to reschedule your session to a later date if there are any spaces available. For one off events, 48 hours must be given for a full refund, we are not able to reschedule events. Thank you for understanding, Alice
