In this 30 minute appointment, we'll discuss your fitness goals, provide a thorough screening, and offer personalised nutrition and exercise advice to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Whether you are currently pregnant, recently Postnatal or even 10 years Postnatal let's work together to create a plan that's tailored specifically for you.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once a block booking is made we are unable to issue either a part or full refund. Providing at least 48 hours notice is given, you will be able to reschedule your booking to a later date if there are any spaces available on upcoming programmes. For one off events, 48 hours must be given for a full refund, we are not able to reschedule events. For PAYG classes we are unable to issue a refund but will be more than happy to reschedule to a later date depending on availability providing at least 48 hours is given.
