6 Week programme

This face to face 6 week small group training programme has been designed specifically for Postnatal mums returning to/starting their fitness journey.

Requirements
Before registering for this programme you must be at least 7 weeks Postnatal with sign off from your health care professional providing you had an uncomplicated birth. For c-section deliveries, recovery time is usually around 12 weeks.
Stage 2 and Beyond 6 Week programme
This face to face 6 week small group training programme is the next stage up for mums that have completed a "Returning to Exercise" programme and also for mums that are already fairly active.
What's included:
• X2 face to face classes a week in a private studio.
• X1 recorded workout a week to complete at home.
• Access to our app where you can keep track of your progress and complete home workouts.
