Are you newly Postnatal and you're thinking about returning to exercise/starting your fitness journey but you're not sure where to start? Come and join us for an hour of gentle exercise led by award winning Pre and Postnatal Specialist Alice. What to expect? During the course of the 6 weeks we will: Learn how to re-establish good breathing patterns Work through core and pelvic floor rehabilitation Include functional movements that you will use in your new role as a mother Progressively introduce resistance training Pre-walking children are welcome to join you, we have plenty of toys and distractions for the little ones. My arms are always open wide for snuggles if the little ones need any extra attention. If at any point throughout the class your little one needs your attention whether it's for a feed or a quick nappy change then that's no problem at all. Our classes are structured so you can join back in when your little one is all sorted. Please ensure you are at least 6 weeks Postnatal providing you have had your GP sign off. C-section recovery is usually around 12 weeks. Please ensure you seek advice from your healthcare professional before booking this class. Let's smash the next 6 weeks together!

Please note that once a block booking is made we are unable to issue either a part or full refund. Providing at least 48 hours notice is given, you will be able to reschedule your booking to a later date if there are any spaces available on upcoming programmes. For one off events, 48 hours must be given for a full refund, we are not able to reschedule events. For PAYG classes we are unable to issue a refund but will be more than happy to reschedule to a later date depending on availability providing at least 48 hours is given.
